Privacy Policy

ARIHA is an automated web companion for self-reflection. This website is the public landing page. The product itself runs at app.ariha.life, which is a separate application with its own accounts and its own data handling.

In the app, you can start a conversation without an account or payment method. To keep the free start working, the app temporarily stores that conversation on your device and on its servers. After ARIHA's third message you are invited to create an account and pay; if you do, that same conversation history is linked to your account so it continues from where it stopped. Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider; the app does not receive or store your full card details.

• ·Usage and analytics data — pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (country/city level, derived from IP), device and browser type, and referring source (for example a search engine or a social link).
• ·Interaction events — when you click a button that opens the app, we record that a click happened and which button it came from. We do not record what you write or do inside the app from this page.
• ·Technical logs — standard server and hosting logs, including IP address and timestamps, kept for security and reliability.

This website has no sign-up form, no contact form, no reflection form, and no payment form. We do not ask you here for your name, email, or personal notes.

• ·To understand how many people visit and which content is useful.
• ·To measure how well our advertising and referral sources perform.
• ·To keep the site secure, available, and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

These tools are not loaded until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, close the banner, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded and no cookies from them are set.

If you accept, we use a small number of third-party tools that set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• ·Google Analytics 4 — aggregated traffic and engagement measurement. Google Privacy Policy.
• ·Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the results of our advertising and may be used for audience targeting. Meta Privacy Policy.

You can change your mind at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the site footer, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking protection, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works fully without them.

Anything you write, save, or reflect on inside app.ariha.life is handled by that application, under its own terms and privacy notice. This website does not receive or store your reflections, conversations, or account details.

Analytics data is retained by our analytics providers according to their standard retention settings (typically up to 14 months for event-level data), after which it is deleted or kept only in aggregated form. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Because this website collects only pseudonymous analytics data, we may need additional information to identify records that relate to you.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies (such as the Meta Pixel) may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws.

You can opt out in any of these ways:

• ·Choose Decline in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Analytics and advertising cookies are not loaded at all until you accept, so declining keeps them off.
• ·Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of our homepage at any time. It turns off analytics and advertising cookies and clears the ones we can reach in your browser.
• ·Use a browser or extension that transmits the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We detect it automatically and treat it as a valid opt-out, with no banner and no tracking cookies.
• ·Or email us at privacy@ariha.life with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information".

Your choice is stored locally in your browser, so you may need to repeat it on another browser or device, or after clearing your browser storage. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request; we will verify the request before acting on it and respond within the time required by law.

We do not knowingly collect or share the personal information of consumers under 16, and we do not process sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out.

We and our service providers may store and process data in the United States, the European Union, Israel, and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data this website collects. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website and ARIHA are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and in the United States we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by COPPA. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
